Established in 2015, HP Constructions has grown into one of Sydney's trusted luxury home builders.

With a reputation for exceptional quality and exacting standards, HP sets the industry benchmark for the delivery of architecturally designed homes and buildings.

Our Approach

It takes exceptional people to craft exceptional homes. HP Constructions makes excellence look easy.

One project director leads every home, with hand-picked trades held to the standard the drawings demand. The gap between a great architect's drawings and the home that gets built is where projects become landmarks or quietly disappoint — HP closes that gap.

Based on Sydney's iconic Northern Beaches, we draw inspiration from our own natural environment and work to seamlessly connect each project's interior with its own surrounding landscape.

The HP Team

HP's highly accomplished team understands the profound impact our homes can have on our lives and harnesses technical skill, organisation and financial rigour to craft meaningful residences in a timely manner and on budget. HP Constructions comprises a team of builders, carpenters, project managers, contractors and support staff, working towards the common goal of achieving building excellence with every project we undertake.

Evan Peters

Managing Director

A down-to-earth, empathetic and organised leader, Evan Peters is a founding Director of HP Constructions. With over two decades of trade and construction experience, Evan is a qualified carpenter and licensed builder who brings a hands-on, positive approach to each project he helms. A clear communicator, he is across every aspect of the business, from initial client contact to working onsite with the build team and delivering the finished product. His technical knowledge and eye for detail are evident in every outcome, and his early background in financial services ensures the cost management of each project is meticulously supervised.
