Situated in one of Sydney's most sought-after neighbourhoods, HP Constructions' Waverley Apartments project served as a conduit between the old and the new, and featured the construction of nine units overlooking the iconic Queens Park. Working with a historic dwelling to the front of the site, the architects at Ignite designed a three-storey tower in the backyard to create four new one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The heritage building was converted into four one-bedroom ground-floor apartments and a two-bedroom loft unit with sweeping views of the park and the city beyond.
