HP Constructions were engaged to lift the roof on an existing 3850m2 warehouse in Thornleigh on a Design & Construct basis. The project involved the renovation of an existing warehouse, where the addition of new columns allowed us to raise the roof height from 6.5m to 13.5m.
Original walls provided a framework for the installation of internal fire walls, alongside cantilevered office suites and a new driveway and landscaping. The warehouse's services also received an upgrade, including a new fire service and 400Amp power supply.
