In this unique commercial brief for HP Constructions, we were engaged on a Design and Construct basis to build a 4000-metre-squared high-care food facility for the Kitchen Food Company. Working closely with the business owners, we were able to deliver the project in a tight 26-week time frame.
The entire space was refrigerated and compartmentalised to ensure the highest food safety standards were achieved, and the construction of the property's loading docks, office and large-scale cooking and packaging spaces are notable hallmarks of this project.
